Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 4 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will be subject to full payment of the scheduled service.

This policy is in place to respect both your time and mine, and to ensure I can accommodate other clients waiting for appointments.
